    Carrubber’s Restaurant - Open for full Scottish breakfast, lunch and dinner; à la carte and table d’hôte menus. The restaurant offers a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere to enjoy delicious bistro style dining. The salmon pink decor, with matching upholstered chairs, exudes a warm ambience. The seating can be readily adjusted to accommodate large or small groups with the use of sliding doors to open and close off additional areas.

    Dickson's Lounge & Bar - This is a popular venue in which to relax and unwind. It is open seven days a week and serves a menu of light meals, specialty coffees, and a sumptuous traditional afternoon tea. Guests can also choose from an extensive menu of cocktails, spirits, malt whiskies and draught beers. The oak-paneled bar is the focus of the area, which is furnished with blue upholstered armchairs.
